CANAL BOAT TRIPS
Art tutoring aboard Canalboats
Robyn [P.G.Rob] and husband Jean-Claude [ a master mariner, sea captain and chief marine engineer from Dunkirk in France] have been enjoying taking art trips -tutoring and art appreciation] on board canalboats in France since 2008 and , since 2018 -added trips into the beautiful Venice lagoon.We plan to offer a canalboat trip into the Venice lagoon and another along the Midi canal in 2024. Any Canalboat boat trips are a week in duration onboard modern, well equipped canalboats from the Le Boat Fleet. Accomodation onboard is twinshare and lunches and evening meals are provided.Jean-Claude is a superb crepe maker! . Robyn is a respected and trained Art teacher with an award for excellence in drawing from New York and work in private collections around the world. She teaches how to keep a visual art diary as we travel amongst beautiful scenery in France and Italy and we stop and explore villages and markets.
